Plasma Cutter Template - Even 1/4 steel was beyond its capabilities. Do not use a steel piece for a guide. The circle cutter part is livable but the template part i'm not happy with. I made paper templates to cut the parts for the bucket extenders i fabricated last fall. ( pictures and projects, bucket extenders ) the side plates are 1/8, the reinforcements are 1/4. Those are good deals for the machine.
A while back, i bought a tooliom 50 amp plasma cutter,, it would never cut,, period !! I want to use wood patterns. I love my plasma cutters (have two of them), but i was fabbing metal for 40 years before i got my first plasma. Its a steel rose template. Last night, i gave the tooliom one,,,, last,,,,, shot !!

I know a plasma cutter will cut this but how about a oxy fuel torch? As for laser cutting machines, you may also want to look into sltl 's offerings, as they provide some affordable desktop laser engravers and.
