This is a great template and really easy to make. It's suitable for your average vampire, skeleton, etc. Martha stewart coffin treat box. I tried searching and came up empty. I was able to tape the bottom together, but the top part doesn't have any tabs to make it stick together.

8 1/2 square of matching patterned paper or cardstock for the box bottom. I don't have a template for a card, but i did download this template from scs last year for a coffin box that you could use to make the card. Tricky atc open i made mine so that it overlaps in front and is held closed by the slit punches in the right front piece. Thank you in advance for your help!
