I would like to start with a phase 1/2 helmet and work my way up to full set thank you :) This is the helmet as seen in the clone wars. 2 clone trooper armor template? I've been working on trying to make some templates for the clone trooper so people can make their own armor if they choose. I am working on this helmet the only problem i am having is getting the stock to stick together. It worked decent on the dome but is failing under the stress on the face and jaw pices.

Thanks for the info~ but at this point of time, i am low on budget. Clone trooper armors shouldn't be made with pepakura + resin + bondo.

The templates i hope this is the final version, but small changes might occur, mostly a typo or a defective measurement. Does any one know where i can get like an ep.

The new template is a bit smaller in height, but is bigger in width, and also shares most of the helmet asymmetries (as described in the helmet anatomy). I started out using my trusty template glue stick. I tried this out for my custom mando and it worked really well.

Clone Trooper Armors Shouldn't Be Made With Pepakura +

I have nearly all parts pepped out now except one of the forearms, knee pads, elbow pads, and ab pieces. Does any one know where i can get like an ep.
